Funds Raised From Bossier City Battle of the Badges All Goes To Charity

The incredible night will see a total of 18 fights as first responders from the Arklatex step into the ring to raise money for a number of charities including "Camp I'm Still Me" for burn victims.

The money will also be used to send area agency Honor Guards to funerals for fallen law enforcement officers and firefighters, and provide assistance to families in need. So when you buy a ticket, you’re not just buying a seat for a great night, you’re helping make a real difference.

Doors at Live! Casino Event Center will open September 12 at 6:00 pm and the fights begin at 7:00 pm.

One Fight At Bossier City Battle of the Badges Will Feature Absolute Giants

One such fight is a real heavyweight matchup featuring firefighter Vernon Wright, standing 6’8” and weighing 360 pounds, taking on officer Chuck Saksa, who's 6’9” and weighs a whopping 400 pounds. Two absolute giants; An amazing total of 760 pounds of fighting machines, going head-to-head in the ring.
