Over the last couple of weeks, we've been here praising LSU Football Coach Ed Orgeron, and his recruiting abilities. It's something everyone was told is his best trait as a coach. He was piling up the stars on his recruiting class...but then something happened. It's pretty unclear what took place, but suddenly recruits started leaving the program. Including two this week, and a really big one from inside the state.

Here's the long breakdown from the Louisiana Radio Network

"Many running back AJ Carter has decomitted from LSU after saying last Monday that he’d decided to go with the Tigers over UCLA. But Wednesday Carter announced on Twitter that he made the decision to come to Baton Rouge for the wrong reasons. Carter is as a three-star prospect, according to 247Sports, and is the top-ranked running back in Louisiana. After decommitting from LSU, Carter then tweeted his re-commitment to UCLA.

One of the nation’s best linebackers decommits from LSU. Adam Anderson from Rome, Georgia, announced last night that he is re-opening his recruitment process. He’s the third player to de-commit from LSU in the last three weeks. Anderson is considered by 24-7 sports as the best outside linebacker in the Class of 2018."
