Hurricane Debby Isn’t Near – It’s Here!
The long-awaited, biggest hurricane of the year, Hurricane Debby is here. Well, not here in Shreveport/Bossier, but in Clearwater, Florida.
Hurricane Debby, as of right now is being called a Tropical Storm. The "tropical storm" has done some damage in the Florida panhandle, having wind speeds as high as 60 miles per hour!
Even though Governor Bobby Jindal has declared a state of emergency, any threats for the storm hitting the state of Louisiana are minuscule.
As you can see in the photo above, what used to be a nice baseball stadium in Clearwater is now America's largest swimming pool.
