Golf With NFL Hall of Famer Warren Moon In East Texas

Sports fans in the Ark-La-Tex are in for a treat this March, as a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity is coming up. On March 19th, 2024 the Tempest Golf Club in Galdewater, Texas will host the 2024 Celebrity Open. This golf tournament will feature dozens of celebrities, including a ton of sports legends, and YOU can pick one to be on your team.

The list of celebrities includes Pro Football Hall of Fame member and Houston football legend Warren Moon. He will be joined by fellow Pro Football Hall of Fame members Drew Pearson, Randy White, and future Hall of Fame inductee Antonio Gates.

Other football legends who will be available for your teams include Heisman Trophy winner Billy Sims, Rocket Ismail, Irving Fryar, and Lincoln Coleman.

But the sports stars aren't limited to football. Baseball Hall of Fame member Fergie Jenkins will be appearing. Along with baseball stars Jose Canseco, Rafael Palmeiro, Roy Oswalt, and Darrell Evans. There will also be some Texas Rangers fan-favorite players included, like Kevin Mench and Mickey Tettleton.

There will also be basketball stars included in the Tournament. This will include Basketball Hall of Famer Dominique Wilkins, as well as stars like Glen Rice, Joe Smith, and Derek Harper.
