The dog park fight has been raging for a year. It's become quite a topic of conversation across Shreveport. Mayor Cedric Glover has refused to sign off on funding from the Red River Waterway Commission even though the Shreveport City Council supports it.

A recent poll on 710KEEL.com shows that 85% who participated agree with Caddo District Judge, Leon Emanuel's ruling which orders the Mayor to sign the cooperative agreement with the Red River Waterway Commission.
