Bossier City Couple Found Dead in Apparent Murder Suicide

Bossier City couple is found dead. Police suspect murder-suicide.

Here's more info from a news release from BCPD:

Officers were called to the scene on Stuart Avenue just before 2 p.m. Tuesday when family members contacted police regarding a welfare concern after they were not being able to make contact with the couple. Upon arrival officers made entry into the residence where they found 54-year-old Angela Lively and 51-year-old Eric Lively inside and unresponsive. Both had suffered gunshot wounds.

Bossier detectives believe Eric Lively shot Mrs. Lively before shooting himself. Detectives recovered a weapon at the scene.

Records show no prior incidents involving the couple. The investigation continues.
