On Monday, September 17th at exactly 10:32 a.m., William Bouvay Jr. of Baton Rouge called the East Baton Rouge Parish 911 Center. During this call the unknown caller advised of multiple bombs on the LSU Campus and they would detonate in two hours. East Baton Rouge 911 gave the information to LSU Police, who immediately told the university officials.

As a result the entire campus was evacuated, including the athletic department, where LSU head football coach Les Miles was set to give his regular Monday press conference.
