A few minutes ago a bomb threat was called into the campus of Louisiana State University in Baton Rouge.

As a result, the whole campus, including the athletic department has evacuated the area.

According to the LSU Radio Network, the threat was called in at 11:30 this morning.

The university swiftly sent out a text alert to all of its students and staff to "evacuate as calmly and quickly as possible."

Reporters waiting for LSU head coach Les Miles' press conference outside the athletic administration building were also asked to evacuate, and were told the presser has been canceled.
