Police in Baton Rouge have made an arrest in the case of the bomb threat that led to the Baton Rouge campus being evacuated on Monday.  After an investigation by several agencies, police made arrested William Bouvay Jr., 42, of Baton Rouge.  WAFB-TV reports he has been charged with communicating false information of a planned bombing on school property.

Police say Bouvay is not a student at LSU.

Bouvay faces up to 20 years in prison if convicted.
