Dick Clark

Longtime TV personality Dick Clark died at the age of 82, after suffering a massive heart attack Wednesday morning April, 18 2012.

American Bandstand premiered in September of 1952 on WFIL-TV Channel 6 in Philadelphia. It was a replacement for a weekday movie. Bob Horn was the first host along with his radio show of the same name on WFIL radio.
