Willie Nelson Endorses Republican

Willie Nelson has given the nod of endorsement to Republican presidential candidate Gary Johnson.

Nelson and his teapot party have publicly endorsed Johnson because of the candidates support for the legalization of marijuana.  Johnson was governor of New Mexico.  He's the first presidential hopeful that the Teapot group has endorsed.

Nelson formed the pro-marijuana Teapot Party two days after a marijuana arrest in Texas in late November.

The group's motto: "We lean a little to the left,"  Johnson calls for outright legalization.
