Tonight LSU Men's Basketball will start SEC Tournament play for the first time under Head Coach Will Wade. The Tigers will take on Mississippi State in their first contest.

Wade has coached in the Atlantic 10 Tournament with VCU, and the Southern Conference Tournament with Cattanooga, but has yet to coach in a "Power 5 Conference" tournament. Well, until this year.

The Louisiana Radio Network has more on tonight's game:

"LSU basketball begins play tonight in the SEC Tournament as they’ll tip it off against Mississippi State at 6 PM. The Tigers just beat the Bulldogs by 21 points. LSU can receive an automatic bid to the NCAA Tournament if they win four games over the next four days. Coach Will Wade admits that will be tough for his team.

Tremont Waters broke his nose in practice, but he’ll play tonight."\

You can hear the game tonight on 1130 The Tiger, which is 1130AM KWKH, across Shreveport and Bossier.
