For the last few months, I've been paying heavy attention to the sports card world. This is a world that isn't new to me, I've been a collector my whole life. From baseball to football, basketball and hockey, I even had some golf cards back in the day.

But I didn't just collect the card, I was actually selling them as a "dealer" too. Wow, ok, that actually sounded like I was into drugs or something. It wasn't like that, cards are more expensive. Really though, by the time I was in high school I was normally buying dealer tables at sports cards shows to sell and trade cards. I was able to make a little bit of money, have a lot of fun, and learn a lot of lessons.

As we've been talking about over the last few months, the prices on sports cards have gone crazy. With modern rookie cards often selling for over $100,000. Players like LeBron James, Mike Trout, Zion Williamson, and others have all seen their cards hit the six figure mark this year.

But it hasn't just been modern cards that have been selling like crazy. There have been some vintage cards that have also brought in some high numbers, including record breakers. However not every card sale needs to be a mind-blowing number for a modern player, or record setting sale to be interesting. Sometimes there's just some sales that get your attention. Like when an autographed Babe Ruth card sells on eBay.

That's exactly what happened this month, when a certified signature from The Babe sold online. Check out this countdown of these incredible vintage sales on eBay from this month...

Legendary Musicians Who Rocked The Hirsch In Shreveport

Here's a sample of the legendary musical acts who have played Shreveport's Memorial Coliseum over the last 60 years. The Hirsch was basically the homefield for bands like Van Halen and ZZ Top, who regularly put the Hirsch near the top of their tours. For that reason, we're actually not going to feature them on this list, because they were basically "house bands" for Shreveport...and that's NOT a bad thing.
