He plays for the Harlem Globetrotters and they call him Tiny. Why? Because he makes people look tiny when he steps out onto the court. His name is Paul "Tiny" Sturgess.

Tiny is seven feet, eight inches tall. He was "drafted" by the Globetrotters in August 2011 and is the tallest to ever play for the team. He joined the team with fellow rookie, Jonte "Too Tall" Hall, who at 5 ft 2 inches, is the shortest ever player, and is two and a half feet shorter than Sturgess.

 

Sturgess wears a size 22 shoe.

He was recognized in November 2011 by Guinness World Records as the tallest professional basketball player at 7' 7.26" and is the second tallest living Englishman after Neil Fingleton who is 7' 7.56".
