Entering the off season, the obvious priority was resigning Drew Brees. But that wasn't the only thing on the mind of the Saints. They have some things they need to clear up before the NFL Draft gets here next month. A lot of those moves will probably fall on the defensive side of the ball.

The New Orleans Saints have made yet another move today.

The Saints have re-signed pass rusher Alex Okafor to a two-year deal worth 10-million dollars according to the NFL Network’s Ian Rapoport. Okafor was having a good season with the Black and Gold when he injured his Achilles in Week 11. Okafor also reportedly visited with the Bucs.

Okafor is a Dallas native, who played his college football at Texas, before being drafted by the Arizona Cardinals in the fourth round of the 2013 NFL Draft.

He has 18 career sacks in his 5-year NFL career.
