One man is watching every film on IMDb’s Bottom 100 and writing about them. This week: He watches the most infamous horror sequel in film history. Is it really so bad?
And so, it begins. FOX already got the ball rolling on its new 2016 series with the order of 24: Legacy, and now a number of other reboots have taken hold. Not only has the new take on The Exorcist gotten an official greenlight, so too has the Lethal Weapon reboot, Lord and Miller’s time-travel comedy, a baseball drama and more.
It was way back in 2012 that we first heard of attempts to reboot The Exorcist as a TV drama, before film screenwriter William Peter Blatty denied the rumors. The project surfaced again in 2013 under Fantastic Four writer Jeremy Slater, and at long last, FOX has given an official pilot order to a modern reboot of the iconic horror tale.
Wednesday, October 31, 2012 is Halloween and I thought you might enjoy the Halloween song by Bobby Boris Pickett called "The Monster Mash", scary movie clips from "The Exorcist" and the ''Adams Family" TV show intro.
