Bald Eagle Shot North of Farmerville in Union Parish, Reward Offered
Louisiana Wildlife and Fisheries agents are investigating the shooting of a bald eagle north of Farmerville in Union Parish.
A motorist traveling on Highway 15 spotted the bird walking beside the road with an injured wing. Agents were able to capture the eagle and take it to the Wildlife Hospital at the LSU Veterinary Medicine School.
