This weekend's Shreveport Mudbugs hockey games will be their last home games of the Regular Season. Friday April 5th and Saturday April 6th will be the last games for the 2023-2024 NAHL Regular Season altogether. But the reason we have to keep saying "Regular Season" is because the Shreveport Mudbugs have earned a spot in the NAHL Playoffs, which means there will still be hockey on their home ice at George's Pond inside the historic Hirsch Coliseum.

Before the playoffs, the Mudbugs have a pair of games that will be really fun for all involved. This weekend is the Appreciate the 318 celebration, where the team honors their home, the Shreveport-Bossier area. Take a look at some of the things the Mudbugs will have going on:

First of all, the team will wear their incredible 318 jerseys, which is one of the best designs the franchise has ever had. If some of of this season's stock of the 318 jerseys are available, they will be put on-sale in the Swamp Shack during the weekend as well.

The team will also have giveaways, contests, and more this weekend to celebrate the 318.

As we mentioned before the Mudbugs have qualified for the NAHL Playoffs. They're currently the #2 seed in the South Division, and this weekend's games are actually really important. Because the team in the #3 spot is actually the El Paso Rhinos, who the Mudbugs will be hosting on Friday and Saturday. The Mudbugs can lock in that #2 seed this weekend, but they could also lose it to the Rhinos.

Ticket will be available at the door, or you can get them right here.
