Pair Use Counterfeit Funds in Bossier Parish
Two men are wanted in Bossier for attempting to use counterfeit funds. The Bossier Parish Financial Crimes Task Force say that both men tried pass the funny money on May 6th.
According to investigators, one of the suspects was able to buy multiple items with the fake money from the Target in Bossier. The other suspect attempted to use the fake cash for a purchase at the Circle K on Highway 80 in Haughton but the clerk was able to spot the fake. Allegedly, after the clerk told the suspect the money was a fake, he ran out of the store and got into an unknown vehicle.
Both men are now wanted for questioning by police. If you know these men or have any information about the counterfeit funds, Bossier Police urge you to help them out.
