Ole Miss hasn’t been to the College World Series since 1972, the U.L.L. Ragin' Cajuns haven’t been to Omaha since 2000! Something had to give! It will be the Rebels who advance to the College World Series after defeating the Cajuns 10-4 Monday Night.

U.L.L. starting pitcher Cody Boutte threw three shutout innings.

In the fourth, Ole Miss got on the board with Austin Anderson’s two run homer, a batter later Sikes Orvis hit a solo shot for Ole Miss.

U.L.L. attempted to tie the game in the bottom of the eighth, but Caleb Adams was thrown out at home!

The Rebs scored four runs in the top of the ninth inning to seal the win. Ole Miss joins Vanderbilt as the only two SEC representatives in the College World Series.
