
NWS Issues Severe Thunderstorm Warning as Skies Darken Over Shreveport-Bossier
The Shreveport-Bossier sky was dark gray Friday afternoon as thunderstorms loomed.

The National Weather Service of Shreveport send out a severe thunderstorm warning for Caddo parish until 7 p.m. NWS meteorologists say they detected a severe thunderstorm capable of producing quarter size hail and damaging winds in excess of 60 mph.
This storm, they said, was located over Cross Lake, and moving southeast.
