Minnesota Timberwolves Fan Glues Hand To NBA Court
This has to be one of the strangest things I've ever witnessed watching sports. It was just odd. Not as outrageous as Antonio Brown stripping and leaving the game. No, it was just flat-out odd. A fan at the Minnesota Timberwolves and Los Angeles Clippers' play-in game glued their hand to the court under the basketball goal.
At first, the broadcast crew thought that a stadium worker had passed out, but then they learned that the fan glued their hand in protest. Now in protest of what you may ask? According to TNT's Allie LaForce, the woman was in protest of Timberwolves owner Glenn Taylor's farm where they killed chickens due to a bird flu outbreak.
Now, look if it's just that then I get why the owner did that. We just went through COVID, we don't need bird flu running rampant. However, if it was abuse going on then the killing of chickens then I get the protest. We just don't know at this time the full details of why she did what she did. But this still will go down as one of the oddest things I've seen on a basketball court.
