Michael Phelps Fails at Crowd Surfing [VIDEO]

Michael Phelps has 18 Olympic Gold Medals, 22 Olympic Medals overall. What he doesn't have yet, is the ability to crowd-surf. Phelps was recently caught by the TMZ cameras in Las Vegas attempting to crowd surf at club named XS.

Phelps is apparently still on his world tour celebration after retiring from swimming as the most decorated Olympian in history.

Obviously XS was aiming for a water theme with Phelps, they had him "crowd surf" in an inflatable boat across the dance floor.  What we get, is a rare glimpse of Phelps not winning at whatever he's doing.
