LSU Takes A Dip In Latest AP Poll
The LSU Tigers have taken a drop in one of the major college football polls.
LSU, who lost in 7 overtimes to Texas A&M on Saturday night, 74-72, fell four spots to number 12 in this week's Associated Press Top 25 poll, which was released on Sunday.
LSU is actually in a tie for 12th place in the poll, with Washington St.
The Tigers, who wrapped-up their regular season season schedule in the setback to Texas A&M, is now 9-3 on the season.
As expected, Alabama is ranked #1 again this week, with Clemson and Notre Dame remaining at 2 and 3, respectively.
Georgia and Oklahoma are up spot each, to 4 and 5, respectively..
Ohio St.is ranked #6, followed by UCF, Michigan, Texas, and Washington to round out the top ten.
At 11-15, it's Florida, LSU, Washington St., Penn St., and West Virginia, with Kentucky, Utah, Syracuse, Boise St., and Mississippi St. in the 16-20 spots.
Finally, at 21-25, it's Northwestern, Texas A&M, Army, Iowa St., and Fresno St.
