LSU Men's Basketball team continued to roll under head coach Will Wade tonight in the Pete Maravich Center as they hosted Penny Hardaway and his Memphis Tigers.

A few strong offensive outbursts led LSU to a 85-76 win over Memphis tonight.

Skylar Mays led 5 LSU Tigersin in double digit scoring with 19 points. Kavell Bigby-Williams had 14, Ja'Vonte Smart added 13, and both Naz Reid and Emmitt Williams had 11 points. Williams added 10 rebounds to complete a double-double on the night.

The LSU Tigers are ranked #22 in the country right now, and have moved to 3-0 on the year. Honestly, tonight was likely their last big test, well outside of the Advocare Invitational next weekend, until the SEC schedule starts. LSU could run back into Memphis at the Advocare Invitational, but they could also see Villanova or Florida State.

After the tournament, LSU will see Grambling, Incarnate Word, Houston, St. Mary's, Furman, and Louisiana-Monroe before starting SEC play.
