Louisiana Tech Men’s Basketball Coach Michael White On Upsetting Oklahoma [LISTEN]

On Monday night, the Louisiana Tech Bulldogs strolled into Norman, Oklahoma and left town with a 102-98 upset victory.

This victory and the season overall has many buzzing in North Louisiana about the return of competitive basketball to Louisiana Tech.

The Bulldogs were 0-8 all time against the Oklahoma Sooners. These two teams have not met since 2001 when Tech fell to Oklahoma once again.

But, this is a new age for Louisiana Tech basketball. With a new Athletic Director and younger alumni pumping money back into the athletic department, many are starting to consider Tech one of the elite teams in the country.

Michael White is the man leading the Bulldog attack and bring a new name, and more respect to the program.
