Louisiana Tech Hires New Defensive Coordinator

After the 2013 Louisiana Tech Football team finished with a 4-8 record, Skip Holtz is looking to improve his defense and has hired a new coordinator in Manny Diaz to do so.

Skip Holtz announced the hiring of Diaz on Tuesday. Diaz was the former defensive coordinator at the University of Texas. He replaces Kim Dameron, who left the Bulldogs to be the head coach at Eastern Illinois.
