Lindsay Lohan Back in Court

Lindsay Lohan is due back in court today on a probation violation.

A  judge will consider whether she violated her probation while serving house arrest.

TMZ is reporting that Lohan, 24, tested positive for alcohol earlier this month after a barbeque at her house.

Sources say the L.A. County Probation Department will ask Judge Stephanie Sautner to take Lohan off house arrest and put her in L.A. County Jail.
