‘Hemingway’s Whiskey’ Earns Kenny Chesney Platinum Record

He's one of country’s biggest stars, Kenny Chesney is building a very impressive heavy metal collection.

Chesney’s latest album, ‘Hemingway’s Whiskey,’ has been certified platinum for sales of one million copies, making it the 10th of his 14 releases to reach one million.

It was  released a year ago this week and ‘Hemingway’s Whiskey’ has generated four hit singles, with the first three — ‘The Boys of Fall,’ ‘Somewhere with You,’ and ‘Live a Little’ — all reaching number one. The fourth, Chesney’s duet with Grace Potter, ‘You and Tequila,’ is now moving up the top five.
