It looked really easy. LSU actually kept Ole Miss further away than what the final score would indicate Saturday night at Tiger Stadium in Baton Rouge.

LSU Quarterback Joe Burrow led a balanced attack on Saturday night as the 5th ranked Fighting Tigers defeated Ole Miss 45-16.

Burrow was 18-of-25 with 3 touchdowns. He also rushed for a team-best 96 yards and another score. After the game, while talking with reporters, Burrow indicated he believes LSU is still evolving, and that the offense will continue to get better.

Which is a scary thought for the rest of the SEC (except maybe Alabama).

LSU led 28-6 at halftime, but were bit by the same bug that's got them all season. As the Tigers came out for the 3rd quarter, it seemed like they lose their rhythm. But Burrow was able to help right the ship for Head Coach Ed Orgeron, and the Tigers ended up winning by 29 points.
