Last week, former Texas Tech QB Jett Duffey was headed to the AAC to play for Tulane. Then, it came out he wasn't admitted academically and was again without a home. Now, the former Red Raider gunslinger is headed to Central Michigan to play for former Florida Gator head coach Jim McElwain.

Central Michigan's senior quarterback threw for 2,312 yards and 14 touchdowns with nine interceptions, helping Central Michigan to an 8-6 record and a berth in the MAC championship game. Duffey will be able to step right into a starting role with the Chippewas of Central Michigan.

Duffey will join distinguished alums from Central Michigan, including Antonio Brown, Joe Staley, and Kansas City Chiefs tackle Eric Fisher.
