For the last 10 years, Shreveport's comic con, Geek'd Con, has been entertaining families, connecting fans, and creating once-in-a-lifetime memories in Downtown Shreveport. A full decade of incredible artwork, panels, cosplay, and celebrity interactions.

This year's event is set for August 22nd-24th at the Shreveport Convention Center. There's a big celebrity guest list, plenty of vendors, and will be amazing panel and cosplay contests, as always. You can get your tickets for this year, right here.

Shreveport Celebrates 10 Years of Geek'd Con Magic

But as we approach the 10th year Geek'd Con this August, we wanted to take some time to look back on what we've seen over the years. Over 160 celebrities have come through Shreveport to attend Geek'd Con over the years. Each one offering fans a chance to connect with someone from their favorite movie, TV show, comic book, or online series, without having to leave Louisiana. When we say "creating once-in-a-lifetime memories" this is what we mean...someone gets to meet one of their favorite actors in-person, in their own city. These guests share stories, hilarious interactions, and sometimes there are gift exchanges too.

Unforgettable Moments: A Decade of Geek'd Con in Louisiana

The stories that people have from meeting celebrities at Geek'd Con go from Matthew Lillard meeting his doppelganger, to Michael Rooker walking through the crowd at his panel double-fisting microphones and conducting his own interviews. Fans have experienced Jason Mewes driving around on his powered cooler, and wearing Geordi La Forge's VISOR with LeVar Burton. There have been some incredible moments for fans over the last 10 years.

AI Shakes Up Geek'd Con History: Top Celebrity Guests Ranked

While we remember the history, we thought it might be fun to mix that with the future...artificial intelligence (AI). So we turned to Google's Gemini to review the history of Geek'd Con celebrity guests.

We asked Gemini to rank the Most Popular Geek'd Con Guests of All-Time. Sure enough, it gave us a list...but maybe not one we agree with.

Gemini did give a warning as it provided the results, saying that "popularity" can be subjective. Which we totally get. Its hard to create any ranking lists without a set of rules guiding what you're ranking out. So Gemini created its own guidelines, and ranked out the names using that.

Did Your Favorite Celeb Make the AI's Geek'd Con List?

But even with Gemini's stated guidelines, we don't fully agree with some of what the AI listed. Like...why is Cassandra Peterson ranked at #26 overall? Even with their guidelines, we're still scratching our heads on that one.

Anyway, here is what Gemini gave us, with their guidelines, tiers, and rankings. If you don't agree (we don't), take it up with Google and their AI. But don't do it too hard, because they will probably remember that when they eventually take over the world.
