Highest Rated Kevin Smith Films According To IMDB

Shreveport's comic con, Geek'd Con, returns to the Shreveport Convention Center this August. The dates for the show are August 18-20, 2023.

There will be over 200 vendor spaces filled with comic book retailers, handmade crafts, shirts, collectibles, trading cards, vintage toys, artwork, and much more. Vendors from all over the US, and right here in Shreveport-Bossier, will be on-hand all weekend for fans to buy, sell, and trade.

In addition to the vendor opportunities at Geek'd Con, multiple celebrities will be on-hand to sign autographs and take pictures with fans.

Last year, the Geek'd Con celebrity guest lineup was the biggest in the history of Shreveport's comic con. With a cast reunion from the movie Scream leading the way. It seemed like there was never going to be a way to top that lineup. But then 2023 happened.

This year's Geek'd Con lineup isn't just the biggest in the history of Shreveport comic con style events, its one of the biggest in Louisiana history. This year's lineup will rival shows in much larger cities, like Dallas and New Orleans.

Brandon Routh is set to appear, he's the only actor to play Superman in a major motion picture and in a TV series. Sam Witwer, the voice of Darth Maul from the Star Wars universe is set to appear. Grammy Award winner Estelle will be there, along with her castmates from Steven Universe. Doctor Who star John Barrowman is set to appear as well.

But that's not even the biggest part of the event...there's going to be a massive View Askew reunion. Headlined by the master behind the films, Kevin Smith himself.

Kevin Smith is appearing on Saturday only, but will be joined that weekend by Jason Mewes (yes, Jay & Silent Bob will be there), Brian O'Halloran, Jeff Anderson, Marilyn Ghigliotti, Joey Lauren Adams, Harley Quinn Smith, Jennifer Schwalbach Smith, and Ming Chen.

This is going to be a once-in-a-lifetime Shreveport event.
