The Ark-La-Tex Sports Card Show Brings Future LSU Stars To Bossier

On Saturday, Bossier City will host a sports collectors paradise. The Ark-La-Tex Sports Card Show will be taking place at the Bossier Civic Center from 10:00am - 5:00pm. One of the most exciting parts of the event, is that admission is FREE.

That's right, you can come and see and shop from tons of signed memorabilia, rookie cards, cut signatures, hobby boxes, and more all for free. So if you have a sports fan in your life, this is the kind of stop you need to make on Saturday.

The show will feature four LSU Tiger football recruits who will be available for autographs and photos. The four future Tiger stars scheduled to appear are Tylen Singleton, Ahmad Breaux, Xavier Atkins, and Gabriel Reliford.

Reliford is a local Shreveport product from Evangel. He's a 4-star recruit who is expected to help the LSU defense. He was ranked as one of the best recruits at his position in the nation.

Singleton is a 4-star linebacker from Many who was a Top 5 recruit in the state of Louisiana. He comes to Baton Rouge with a championship pedigree after winning two State Championships (and a one time state runner up) at Many High School.

Ahmad Breaux was one of the top 20 recruits in the state of Louisiana. He was a composite 3-star linebacker at Ruston High School. LSU lists him as a defensive end on their site, signaling he will probably switch from his high school position for the Tigers.

Xavier Atkins might appear to be the only non-Louisiana LSU Tiger coming to the show when you look at his high school rankings. But Atkins is originally from Jonesboro, Louisiana. He relocated to Houston before the 2023 season, and ended up playing his final high school season for Summer Creek High School. He was a composite 3-star recruit, and rated as a top 10 linebacker in the nation by Rivals.

These future LSU Tiger stars will be available for pictures and autographs for a $20 charitable donation.
