Meet Pirates Of The Caribbean Star Martin Klebba At Geek’d Con

Shreveport's comic con, Geek'd Con, returns to Downtown Shreveport this August. The 10th Anniversary of Geek'd Con will be held at the Shreveport Convention Center, August 22nd-24th, 2025. The event is an amazing weekend where you can create once-in-a-lifetime moments with your favorite celebrities, shop from hundreds of vendor booths, and spend time with your friends & family.

Comic con style events happen all over the country now, and fans regularly travel out-of-town for these shows. Meaning Geek'd Con brings in a strong economic impact to the Shreveport-Bossier area that can be measured in millions of dollars annually.

The event features both vendors and celebrity guests, and sometimes those two even cross the streams. Like this week's announcement that the folks at Gabe's Cave will be hosting a celebrity guest during Geek'd Con.

Martin Klebba Joins Geek'd Con in Shreveport for 2025

This year, Gabe's Cave is making it possible to meet actor Martin Klebba.

This year, Martin played Grumpy in Snow White, providing both the motion capture and voice for the character.

Which is just one part of Martin's big 2025, because he had another big role in the Netflix action movie The Electric State. Martin provided the motion capture for Herman, one of the lead roles in the film. The robot character was voiced by Anthony Mackie, and appeared alongside stars Chris Pratt and Millie Bobby Brown.

What is Martin Klebba's Biggest Role?

But Martin is probably best known for his role as Marty in the Pirates of the Caribbean film series. Martin is a member of Jack Sparrow's crew, first appearing in The Curse of the Black Pearl. He would go on to appear in four of the five Pirates of the Caribbean films.
