Catch Journey’s Farewell Tour In Bossier City
This is massive news for the entire Ark-La-Tex. The legendary, Rock & Roll Hall of Fame band Journey has just announced a new tour...and it's making a stop in our neck of the woods.
Journey is Coming to Bossier City in 2026
The band is set to play the Brookshire Grocery Arena on Sunday, March 29th, 2026. This will be part of the first leg of a tour that will likely become a massive run. It will start on February 26th in Pennsylvania, and is already set to extend into July 2026. But this will probably last even longer.
Because this isn't just any tour. There's a very real chance this could be the final time we ever get to see them in the Shreveport area.
Why This Might Be Journey's Final Tour
While the band's official site just lists the dates, other major outlets like Variety are reporting this as a massive "Farewell Tour".
That means this could be the last call for seeing Neal Schon, Jonathan Cain, and Arnel Pineda bust out classics like "Don't Stop Believin", "Anyway You Want It", and "Faithfully" live in Bossier City. The kind of thing that you might regret missing.

Journey has been a staple of rock radio for 50 years. They're one of the few bands that can sell out arenas decade after decade. But now they're looking at a huge farewell run.
When Was The Last Time Journey Played Shreveport-Bossier?
It might feel like Journey was just in Bossier City...and that's because they were. Their last show locally was in 2023 when they brought their Freedom Tour to Brookshire Grocery Arena.
But unlike a lot of their contemporary rock acts, Journey has not performed that often in the Shreveport area. Since 1976, we only found 7 concerts that Journey performed between Shreveport and Bossier City.
