Bossier High School Employee Arrested for Indecent Behavior With Juvenile
Bossier Parish Sheriff’s Office arrested a man on two counts of indecent behavior with juveniles following an investigation into encounters with a student.
30 year-old Jarory Morris of Black Lake Circle in Bossier City, was employed at Bossier High School at the time of the alleged incidents, which occurred on multiple occasions while the victim was a juvenile student.
Detectives were made aware of the allegations, when the victim, now an adult, came forward to report the encounters. Morris was advised of his Miranda rights and admitted to two encounters, corroborating the victim’s account. Morris was then taken into custody.
A search warrant was executed at Morris’ home, where detectives seized multiple electronic storage devices for forensic examination.
Morris was arrested and booked into the Bossier Parish Maximum Security Facility on two counts of indecent behavior with juveniles. His bond has not yet been set.
Bossier Parish Schools confirmed Morris is no longer employed by the school system and issued the following statement:
“The allegations involving this employee are extremely serious, and he is no longer employed by Bossier Schools as of today. We want Bossier High families and the community to know that the safety and well-being of our students is always our highest priority, and we remain committed to supporting them in every way possible.”
The investigation remains ongoing, and additional charges are possible.
