Dolly Parton is still a beauty. She has made the Men’s Health’s list of the 100 Hottest Women of All Time. The 'I Will Always Love You' country music legend and singer comes in at No. 92 — just a smidgen hotter than singer Linda Ronstadt.

I think I know the two big reasons Dolly made the list.  She sings well and she's a blond.  The caption next to Parton’s photo reads. “The country music star turned heads for decades, and not just because of her famous figure. Parton’s toured and recorded since the late ’60s, and her career hasn’t waned nearly five decades later.”

Dolly Parton is the only country singer to hit the Top 100 and she  beat out other country music beauties like Carrie Underwood and Shania Twain.

Dolly also rates higher than actresses Julia Roberts and Cybill Shepherd who ranked No. 95 and No. 97.

Raquel Welch, Marilyn Monroe, Britney Spears and Madonna all made the Top Five.
