The Dallas Cowboys and receiver Dez Bryant are working on a new contract and Dez wants to be paid what he believes he deserves, but he plans to table his contract negotiations with the team if he doesn't have a new deal by the beginning of the regular season.

Bryant said Monday night at a Cowboys corporate event that “he doesn’t want to talk about it anymore.”

He went on to say that he will put it behind him either way once the season starts. Bryant is set to be paid $1.78 million this season, the final year of his rookie deal.
