The summer heat is getting to the dangerous point with today's forcecast carrying a heat advisory.  The high temp is expected to hit over 100 at near 101 with a heat index of 106.  Whew!!

That calls for some beat the heat tips:

1)  Reschedule strenuous activities to early morning or evening.

2)  Know the signs and symptoms of heat exhaustion and heat stroke.

3)  If you stop sweating,  seek help immediately.

4)  Wear light-weight and loose-fitting clothing.

5)  Drink plenty of water before, during and after exposure to the  heat.
