Be Your Own Paula Deen: Townsquare Media’s Cooking School

Townsquare Media's Cooking School is coming up Thursday, March 22nd at Diamond Jacks Casino and Resort Ballroom and you're invited to come on out and learn how to be your own Paula Deen.

Doors open for the big event at 4 pm and the show lasts until about 8:30 pm.  You get to become the star of your own kitchen and learn all kinds of new delicious recipes and how to cook them. You'll even sample some of the delectable dishes.  Join our sister station, KVKI's Robert and Erin, who will again emcee this incredible show.

Tickets are only $15,  with seating first come,  first served.  Many local restaurants and vendors will provide sampling, demonstrations and exhibits.  Plus,  there will be a Taste of Home Cooking School dual kitchen performance on stage where the food expert, Jamie Dunn, will take over with a two-hour cooking exhibition.

It's designed to enlighten, entertain, and educate the audience on cooking skills, new recipes, and new twists to traditional dishes.

All groceries will be provided by Brookshires, Share Meals and Share Life.
