Baldknobbers Cast on KWKH Morning Show[Audio]

Each morning this week, KWKH listeners will get to meet cast members from the Branson Baldknobbers, the musical show that put Branson on the map and is in its 53rd year of entertaining folks.

Yesterday, we heard from a second generation Baldknobber - Brent Mabe - whose father Lyle Mabe started the Baldknobbers with his three brothers, Jim, Bill and Bob in 1959.  As a preacher's kids,  Brent and his siblings grew up in church and developed an early love for music. They were a built in choir wherever Dad went, they would perform.

Today, he's still in the family business playing bass and guitar.
