Tim Fletcher: Evangel Alum Working To Get Back On The Field For Arkansas

Evangel alum and sophomore Arkansas Razorback wide receiver Jared Cornelius is recovering nicely from his broken arm suffered on September 19th.

He is so far ahead of schedule in his rehab, Hogs head coach Bret Bielema lists Cornelius as the starter on the depth chart for Saturday's date with Tennessee-Martin.

According to the Arkansas Democrat-Gazette, Bielema said Cornelius, "has been out there a little bit the last two weeks... that should be a huge benefit to give us back an experienced receiver."  Bielema also said he had to discuss the matter with Corneilus' mom, saying, "she had to be convinced her baby could play."
