LSU is set to kick off their 2016 season later today at the thawed out Frozen Tundra of Lambeau Field in Green Bay, WI. The Tigers will face the Wisconsin Badgers today in a game that looked pretty tough on paper when it was first announced...but that's all changed.

With Brandon Harris (From Parkway in Bossier City) under center for his second full season, with a returning coaching staff, the LSU offense looks pretty dangerous. Oh, and there's some guy named Leonard Fournette starting at running back behind Harris...he's good too.

Additionally, there's an offensive line full of NFL Draft prospects, and a defense led by a guy who could have gone in the first round of last year's NFL Draft, Tre'Davious White (From Green Oaks in Shreveport).

With all of this, it's no surprise the Tigers are favored in the game, and the Louisiana Radio Network is here to tell us by how much:

"The 5th ranked LSU Tigers are a solid 10.5 point favorite to beat Wisconsin this afternoon as the two teams kick-off the 2016. The Tigers get the edge in this one, because they have the quarterback who has more game experience, a defense that’s led by one of the best defensive coordinators in the country and LSU has Heisman hopeful Leonard Fournette."
