Suspended LSU running back Jeremy Hill had his day in court today... and pleaded GUILTY to Simple Battery.

Hill was involved in a fight outside of Reggie's Bar in Baton Rouge in April.  Cell phone video captured the 20 year old punching another man in the side of the head.

The victim, an LSU student, did not ask for jail time.  He only requested that Hill and the co-defendant share in his medical expenses, not comment on the incident, and stay away from him and his family.  The judge accepted those terms.

Hill was given a six month suspended sentence and a two year probation, which overlaps a two year probation he was given in January 2012.  Hill pleaded guilty to a misdemeanor stemming from his sexual relationship with a then 14 year old at his high school. Hill faces the possible revocation of the probation he was given for that case.  A district judge will have to determine if Hill should serve the suspended sentence from that case.  A hearing will likely happen in August.

Les Miles suspended the sophomore after the bar fight and has said he will not make any decisions on Hill's future with the team until his legal matters are settled.

If Hill's initial probation is revoked, and he has to serve jail time... that would likely keep him from playing football for LSU in the upcoming season.
