LSU Baseball Drubs Southern Miss in Pontiff Classic

The LSU baseball team took down Southern Miss 13-5 on Tuesday and has now won 8 of their last 9 games.

The Tigers took a 10-5 lead in the fourth inning and never looked back.

Reliever Henri Faucheux (3-0), the third of seven LSU pitchers, was credited with the win as he worked 1.1 innings and allowed no runs with no hits.

The Tigers will now hit the road to face Ole Miss in a three-game series beginning on Thursday.
