Each Christmas there's a popular toy  that children seem to go crazy for and even beg for and it puts a lot of pressure on "Santa" to find them (if you know what I mean).   So,  I've found a list of some of this year's hottest toys and good luck finding them.

Remember when "Tickle Me Elmo" was the most sought after toy? Well, Elmo is back only this time it's the "Let's Rock Elmo"  doll.  It's an animatronic party Elmo that will party hardy with your kids, although it's predicted to be a sell-out, so this really might be one for Santa to deliver.

Also on the hot list this year are Lego Lightning Dragon Battle games,  LeapPad Explorer, Fijit Friends (which look like tiny Teletubbies), Nerf shooting guns, Transformers,  and Power Wheels.

A couple of years ago, Rockband 2 was pretty popular. The new Rockband gaming system with electric guitar, drums and bass is always a hit and there are different themes each year.

The Beatles Rockband game that came out last year was something of a  flop because the teens playing Rockband  had never heard of the Beatles.  Go figure, and apparently not many adults were into Rockband.

Look for a new Rockband or Guitar Heroes game coming to a store near you.

Speaking of  expensive electronic games there's this year's offerings for  XBOX360.  Like the new NFL Madden 2012 game as well as this one my son is asking for from  Santa - the  NCAA 2012 College Football game featuring Mark Ingram on the cover.

Ingram is now running back for the New Orleans Saints,  after winning a national championship with Alabama and scoring the Heisman Trophy both in the same year.  A boy from Bama will definitely want this.  Some of these games are available for Play Station's 2 and 3 as well. You can make LSU play Alabama 20 times for the national championship with this game!

For older teens, there are new I-phones,  I-pads, I-pod touches, Droids and any other device that keeps them for actually talking on a telephone.

With these,  our teens will be fast at texting, but terrible at spelling.

Cool clothes from Pac Sun and Hollister are always in for teens as well as Victoria's Secret colognes,  PJs   and underwear.

Good luck finding what your youngun's want,  and as I always tell my children, who are all teenagers no matter how old they are, "If you don't believe, you won't receive."

Merry Christmas!
