Today marks the two year anniversary that we lost our dear friend Justin Bloxom to a murderer and sexual predator named Brian Horn.

His mother, Amy, worked with us here at KWKH for a long time.

Today is the two year anniversary of his death, and Justin will be celebrated with the dedication of the Justin M. Bloxom Memorial Garden at 10am at North DeSoto Middle School.

Scott Crane designed the site, and Tina Pickett, owner of The Gardens of Louisiana, headed up the project.

12-year-old Justin Bloxom was murdered March, 30, 2010 after being lured away from a friend’s home by text messages he thought were from a girl.

But those messages were actually from convicted sexual predator Brian Horn who was posing as a girl.

Horn is awaiting trial for first-degree murder. Donations helped to create the garden that will serve as an outdoor classroom and a place of reflection.

Justin Bloxom & far too many other children have been hurt, sexually molested and, or murdered at the hands of predatory monsters. We cannot continue to slap the hands of these child predators, 'rehabilitate', then release them so that they can focus on another child.
We need to speak out, make our demands be heard by lawmakers. Show our strength in numbers to protect all of our innocent children!
