Jerry Jones and the Dallas Cowboys ink a deal with phone giant AT&T to rename their crown jewel.

In a press conference this afternoon, Cowboys owner Jerry Jones made the announcement official that he and phone company AT&T have signed a multi-year, $1.2 billion deal to rename Cowboys Stadium, AT&T Stadium.

Terms of the deal, and the number of years on the deal were not released by Jones during the press conference but, ESPN's Darren Rovell reports that the deal is worth between $17-19 million a year.

The change is scheduled to take place immediately.

The LSU Tigers and TCU Horned Frogs are scheduled to face off on the gridiron at AT&T Stadium on Saturday, August 31.
