Bassmaster Classic in Shreveport
It's still a month away, but the Bassmaster Classic Outdoors Expo is a huge sellout.
There will be around 160 booths at the free expo at the Shreveport Convention Center including Redneck Remedy and Fishouflage, Nitro boats, Yamaha motors and Toyota trucks.
Some booths during the Bassmaster Classic will have stuff that only hardcore outdoor enthusiasts will enjoy and there will also be interactive booths for kids to enjoy as well.
The Red River Waterway Commission is sponsoring the daily launch at the Red River South Marina. If you want to get up early and watch the boats take off they'll have free coffee and doughnuts for you.
Launch attendees can also take a free demonstration ride courtesy of BASS sponsors Skeeter, Yamaha, Triton and Mercury.
The CenturyLink Center is expected to hold a packed house for the weigh-ins.
The expo will run the same days as the Classic weigh-in — Feb. 24-26. The Red River is now off limits!
